Posted by Philip Donoghue on Thursday, May 9, 2013,

Hi Phil.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to send you this message. I suppose it's only now I feel able to do it.

On behalf of myself and my family I would like to say an enormous thank you for enabling us to give Charlotte such a beautiful farewell.

Many people were surprised to learn that you in fact never met Charlotte! A testament to your incredible listening and interpretation skills.

The entire service was very 'Charlotte' and I know that even on such a sad day most...

I just wanted to say how impressed everyone was with your service at Dad's funeral on Friday - it was perfect and thank you so much for all your hard work and effort - you really made the day such a success. We had so many nice comments and people asking us where we found you!  So, once again, many, many thanks to you for all your help and understanding.

Posted by Philip Donoghue on Thursday, May 9, 2013,
Dear Phil, we would, in return, like to thank you sincerely for your time and patience. Before we spoke to you we were feeling somewhat daunted at the sheer scale of the task ahead and were really feeling the pressure to 'get it right' for Dad, however you have reassured us and made a difficult task so much easier. Thank you.

Cremation ceremony 16th August 2012

Regarding the ceremony, it was not “alright” - it was brilliant!!

We all felt it was about as close to perfect as humanly possible, especially given the short time to prepare everything.  You did a masterful job in weaving together all the different pieces and information you had gathered and your presentation was skilful and sensitive.

Anthony will be writing to you separately so, speaking for myself, thank you very much for all you did to give Alice such a wonderful closing ceremony. ...

Cremation ceremony 1st May 2012

Posted by Philip Donoghue on Thursday, May 9, 2013,

Forgive me for not writing before, as you can imagine it has been quite a week – in fact it is really difficult to believe it is only a week, in some ways it feels like a lifetime. I cannot thank you enough for your help and support in making Dad’s funeral such a wonderful send off.  I could not have wished for it to be a better tribute to him and would not have changed a thing.  Even the Cornish music theme at the end worked so well, and had the desired effect of lifting people’s spi...

Cremation ceremony 27th April 2012

Thank you once again for Friday’s ceremony and for the transcript, you are quite right, it was one of those occasions that you don’t quite take in. I think Dad would have been very proud of the service, not too much fuss but enough for others to enjoy and yes we had some very positive feedback about a lovely upbeat occasion and celebration especially as it was a non religious service. So thank you and if anyone requires a celebrant for any other occasions I won’t hesitate in recommendin...

Dear Phil

Thank you so much for conducting the service for Doris Wisdom on Tuesday.  All of us were so very pleased with it.  Doris's sister and brother in law made a special point of saying how nice it was and how well you spoke and handled it all.  The immediate family were all really happy that it went so well.

I would like to say a big thank you from me personally once again for your help and patience with my trying to get the order of service completed and apologies for what ...
